Job Responsibilities:
- Build distinct hiring strategies based on demand and capacity to support two key recruiting arms: all in-region hiring for Advertising, IMDb, and Grand Challenge covering primarily non-technical roles, and central sourcing support for Entertainment US covering non-technical and technical hiring.
- Drive sourcing capability and capacity across a geographically dispersed team to proactively build top talent pools while leveraging all available talent channels to expedite delivery.
- Develop and manage recruiting reports, dashboards, and metrics to measure the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruiting team, hiring managers, and interviewers.
- Work closely with business leaders to influence and deliver quality assessment and high-touch candidate experience through all aspects of the recruitment funnel.
- Partner with key stakeholders to determine future needs and set enabling sourcing strategies, requiring a deep understanding of market research to find diverse talent who fit our technical and cultural demands.
