The Chargeback Analyst will be responsible for processing chargeback claims for wholesalers in the US and Puerto Rico, as well as resolving exceptions related to contracts, products, and membership.
This role involves collaboration with internal and external customers, including GFS Americas, Wholesalers, Contract teams, Business Technology, and A/R and Collections.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently process chargeback claims for business trade customers (wholesalers)
- Research chargeback claims submitted from wholesalers and/or distributors
- Dispute chargeback claims if necessary, comparing debit memos received to contract information
- Collaborate with the department to review processes, metrics, and industry updates
- Manage Chargeback and Membership Work-in-Process (WIP) lines
- Manage shared Chargeback and Membership mailboxes
- Provide audit research and support for Chargebacks and Memberships
- Conduct project research for Chargebacks and Memberships
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent from an accredited institution, preferably in Business or Finance
- 1-2 years of experience required, ideally in a Finance or data processing-related position
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
