At Tommy Bahama, we're more than just a brand - we're a lifestyle. As an Island Ambassador, you'll be the face of our brand, representing our stylish trends and passion for growth.
We're seeking individuals who are passionate about creating an environment of aloha fun, where guests feel welcome and inspired to exceed their expectations. You'll play a key role in store leadership, inspiring your team to achieve our goals while providing world-class service.
Key responsibilities include:
- Creating a relaxed destination for guests
- Setting the course for exceptional customer experiences
- Building the perfect oasis through product knowledge and recommendations
- Onboarding and guiding your crew to excellence
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 2+ years of guest and sales experience
- A 'get things done' mindset
- Natural collaboration and initiative-taking skills
- High School diploma or GED
- Ability to work varied hours and days, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
