Job Description- Create a welcoming environment by processing store merchandise, replenishing inventory, and providing product knowledge to guests.
- In partnership with the Stock Coordinator, manage daily stock room operations, ensuring shipping supply levels are organized and accessible.
- Process inbound and outbound shipments accurately and efficiently, adhering to Retail Operations Policies and Procedures.
- At least 2 years of guest service and stock experience.
- Organizational skills and a drive for efficiency.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with numbers.
- Natural collaboration skills and initiative-taking abilities.
- High school diploma or GED.
Lifting up to 50 pounds frequently, bending, stooping, kneeling required frequently, climbing ladders, and routine standing for duration of shift (up to 8 hours). Ability to work varied hours and days including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
