Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Virtual Medical Receptionist to join our team at Proclinix Sports Physical Therapy Chiropractic Pllc. As a Virtual Medical Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, answering high call volume phones, and coordinating new patient intake and scheduling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer high call volume phones and provide high-level customer service
- Coordinate new patient intake and scheduling
- Collect copays and process remote credit card payments
- Call patients to schedule or reschedule appointments as needed
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience with EHR systems
- 1 year of experience as a virtual assistant (preferred)
- 1 year of experience in medical reception (required)
- Fluent English (dialect is OK)
- Reliable internet connection of 100mbps or greater
Pay: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per month
