About the Position
We're seeking an experienced financial analyst to lead our R&D finance function. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing financial planning and budgeting processes, as well as providing analytical support to senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain detailed financial models to inform business decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency and improve process alignment
- Analyze and interpret complex financial data to provide insights and recommendations
- Design and implement dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure progress against strategic goals
- Perform ad-hoc analysis and present findings to senior management
Requirements:
- 3+ years of progressive finance experience in high-growth technology industries
- Advanced financial modeling and presentation skills
- Experience with financial planning and accounting tools (e.g., NetSuite, Adaptive Insights)
- Prior experience supporting teams from R&D, engineering, or similar functions
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
