Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cleanliness and Service Specialist to join our team in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and service quality in our guest rooms.

Responsibilities

  • Run sold room reports to ensure accurate room status
  • Determine discrepant rooms and prioritize room cleaning
  • Act as liaison between Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry
  • Document and resolve issues with discrepant rooms
  • Prepare and distribute room assignments to Housekeeping staff
  • Record and update list of 'Do Not Disturb' rooms

Requirements

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
