We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Learning & Development Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in executing and delivering Citi's global learning strategy and book of work.

Key Responsibilities

The Senior Learning & Development Analyst will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the end-to-end execution of professional, leadership, and career development programs
  • Developing program content, establishing project plans, driving program administration, and measuring program outcomes
  • Creating presentations, communications, and marketing materials for various audiences and purposes
  • Collaborating with regional and global teams to implement consistent program frameworks
  • Identifying and implementing process improvement opportunities to address pain points
  • Serving as a facilitator/presenter for program sessions and training exercises

Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5 years of work experience (preferably human resources) and a commitment to ongoing learning and growth
  • A proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented approach with strong accountability and follow-through
  • Excellent writing and presentation skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills with an emphasis on MS PowerPoint and Excel
  • Experience in program/project management and change management is highly valued
