**The Role**
We're seeking a highly skilled Training Supervisor to join our Vascular division. In this role, you'll oversee training activities and personnel, collaborating with various teams to predict training needs and plan events.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee training activities and personnel in one or more suites.
- Collaborate with different areas to predict training needs, plan events, and administer learning curves.
- Develop action plans to achieve assigned area goals, establish process metrics, and analyze trends.
- Coach, motivate, and enhance the morale and self-esteem of ops Training personnel.
- Maintain a high level of product quality by ensuring training is performed in compliance with the Quality System and EHS System.
- Manage projects for the area, requiring planning, budget management, organization, and influence with different areas and grades.
- Coordinate labor, materials, equipment, and tooling to perform training at dedicated training areas.
- Continually search for improvement in training methods, processes, and materials.
- Support New product introduction.

**Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Business Administration, or Engineering
- 4 years of related experience, 3 years as a supervisor
- Advanced commands of English
- It can use and develop Excel spreadsheets, presentations, and documents.
- Understanding of OPEX/Lean concepts such us line balance, constraint theory, process flow map, continuous improvement, and problem-solving tools (DMAIC, fishbone diagram, 5 Whys, etc.).
- Training process and methodologies under a regulated environment.
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Manufacturing operations supervisor or Training supervisor experience preferred.
