About the Role:
Join Philips as a Production Systems Improvement Engineer and contribute to the development and improvement of processes, tools, and equipment within our Manufacturing systems. Your focus will be on creating sustainable and efficient production processes.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Lead process improvements through yield monitoring, process validation, and qualification
- Implement change control procedures and support standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Manufacturing Engineers and Technicians
- Develop solutions for issues related to budget, supply chain, and technical operations
- Enhance production capabilities by implementing waste reduction and resource optimization strategies
About You:
We seek a highly motivated individual with a background in engineering or a related field. Experience working in a similar environment is required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
