Job Description

This role is an exciting opportunity to join our growing team at Kareo as a Human Resources Administrator. We are looking for someone who can see projects through completion, work independently and collaboratively, and provide new ideas to help us work efficiently.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Managing our employee ticketing system and assisting employees with day-to-day HR questions and needs
  2. Processing all onboarding documents and intake into our HRIS system, ensuring proper documentation is obtained
  3. Escalating complex issues to HR Business Partner teams
  4. Coordinating with payroll to ensure termination is complete
  5. Setting up all employees for compliance training
  6. Maintaining accurate employee data
  7. Ensuring all benefits EDI files are successfully sent to our carriers timely
  8. Reconciling and auditing our benefits billing invoices

If you have 1-2 years of experience working in a similar role, with knowledge of US onboarding processes, and possess top-notch written and verbal communication skills, we encourage you to apply.
