Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support experiences with Microsoft
- Troubleshoot and solve complex technical issues using collaboration, best practices, and transparency
- Identify cases that require escalation, either technically or strategically
- Create and maintain incident management requests to product groups or engineering groups
- Contribute to case deflection initiatives, automation, and digital self-help assets to improve customer engineer experiences
