**Job Description**

We are seeking an experienced Vice President to lead our non-compensation Center of Excellence (COE) team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple workstreams to ensure business partners receive accurate and transparent results. This includes ensuring each COE workstream has accurate documentation and controls around all processes.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience leading, supervising, and mentoring a team. They will also possess strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to present in executive-level management meetings.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a team of 3 managers (and their teams) as well as an analyst
  • Liaising with Middle Office and Billing teams to manage SF inquiries between the two supporting departments
  • Partnering effectively with Collections team to research and resolve any issues to professionally expedite payment of outstanding invoices

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • An undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or other business field
  • 10+ years of business experience in financial planning and analysis role
  • CPA, MBA, and/or other relevant professional qualification a plus
