**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled Bill to Cash Process Specialist to join our team at the Bosch Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire Bill to Cash process, from research and reconciliation to payment processing and customer communication.
Main Responsibilities:
- Retail and reconcile medium complexity overdue accounts/invoices
- Maintain accurate records of past due accounts and collection efforts, performing customer portfolio auditing functions accurately and meeting audit deadlines
- Process and send statements to customers
- Handle customer communication, resolving short pays, debit memos, and unused credits
- Manage specific customer accounts and all supporting documentation required
Requirements:
- Advanced student in accounting or a related field
- Strong computer skills, including MS Office (Excel), banking portals, and other ERP systems like SAP
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related field
- Teamwork and result orientation
