Job Description:

The Regulatory Compliance Analyst will be part of the Emerson Regulatory Compliance Global Shared Services team, providing administrative support and completing daily tasks on behalf of various entities worldwide. This role is considered an ITC User/Individual Contributor, requiring adherence to functional, departmental, and site ITC requirements.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct Restricted Party Screening and analyze potential matches.
  • Perform end use, end user, and anti-boycott screening using authorized tools, releasing orders and shipments as required.
  • Audit import and export documentation, ensuring corrective actions are taken.
  • Create and maintain performance metrics.
  • Conduct basic analysis of transactions and reports based on U.S. import and export programs.
  • Support the import HS classification process for U.S. entities if necessary.
  • Request annual Certificates of Origin from suppliers, track certificates received, and review accuracy.
  • Follow distributors to complete Due Diligence Questionnaires in Oracle Checkpoint.
