Senior Medical Claims Coordinator

• The ideal candidate will have experience working on personal injury cases in a law firm, assisting with phone calls, communicating with multiple personal injury law firms, and coordinating scheduling with medical providers.
• This role involves conducting initial client phone calls to gather details about the personal injury case, communicating with providers, and updating the app with accurate information.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct initial client phone calls to gather details about the personal injury case.
2. Communicate with multiple personal injury law firms.
3. Communicate with providers and update the app with accurate information.
4. Manage the medical portion of the case.
5. Communicate with clients regularly, providing updates on case progress and addressing their medical concerns.
6. Coordinate scheduling and transportation with medical providers.
7. Provide support and guidance to clients throughout their process.
8. Answer high volumes of calls.
9. Property damage knowledge is preferred.
10. Ability to interpret for clients who speak different languages (bilingual).

Requirements:

• Medical case management experience is preferred.
• Law firm case management experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of basic office equipment and technology.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.
• Strong attention to detail is required.
