Personal Injury Case Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative case coordinator to join our team at In the Network LLC. This role is ideal for individuals with experience working on personal injury cases, particularly those with law firms or non-profit organizations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating scheduling with medical providers, evaluating prospective client inquiries, and assisting with phone calls. A strong understanding of office equipment and technology, as well as excellent communication skills, is essential for this position.

Job Responsibilities:

• Evaluate prospective client inquiries and phone calls, ensuring they feel supported and meet our criteria
• Schedule appointments for potential clients, maintaining our lawyers' schedules and growing caseloads
• Supervise new client onboarding and current client files through data entry and paperwork collection, guaranteeing efficient case management
• Collaborate with marketing to develop outbound sales tactics and partnerships with other law firms, increasing new case intake
• Perform miscellaneous clerical tasks, including transcription, research, spreadsheet management, and email writing, ensuring operational efficiency

Position Requirements:

• Experience in a similar role, preferably in the legal sector
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office products, especially Microsoft Excel
• Excellent data entry, spreadsheet management, and computer skills
• Able to work independently and thrive in a dynamic team environment
• Prioritize attention to detail and organizational skills
• Degree in a related field or equivalent experience required; Bachelor's degree preferred
