">About the Position
">We are looking for a Sourcing Solutions Specialist to join our sourcing team, providing support to all accounts in Latin America, Northern Cone, and Southern Cone. This role requires a multi-disciplined experience in Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) to manage multiple initiatives and integrated outsourcing projects.
">The successful candidate will be responsible for procurement governance, vendor management, and delivering contract/procurement strategies to achieve long-term client benefits. Experience in procurement and/or facilities management is essential to support the portfolio of facilities in the assigned country and region.
">This includes engaging with local IFM teams to execute vendor sourcing and savings projects through effective negotiation and RFP programs. The individual will closely support Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) Sourcing and Facilities Management teams to drive both immediate and sustained benefits to the client and the JLL global operation.
">Responsibilities
">Review client RFP documents and identify key data required to develop outsourcing packets for underwriting. Proficient experience in sourcing processes, including data collection and analysis, contracts examination, market analysis, RFP project management, bid analysis, and pricing negotiations, and implementation.
">Analyze supplier cost proposals, financial reports, and other data to determine the reasonability of price and contractor capabilities. Negotiate with suppliers on submitted cost proposals to ensure accurate underwriting and documentation of any assumptions to pricing.
">Engage JLL Preferred Suppliers (or Client's suppliers) to seek savings glidepaths, benchmarks, or an underwritten solution. Partner with JLL Preferred Suppliers and field any Q&A's required to develop a validate proposal.
">Ensure compliance to sourcing and contracting policies and procedures. Review and analyze data to make effective business decisions. Conduct regular market and spend analysis programs to drive cost savings and supplier improvements.
">Requirements
">Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Economics, Logistics, or Supply Chain. Five years of strategic sourcing experience. Experience in vendor management, contract negotiation, and tender process. Advanced level of English is required.
