- Overseeing the process of receiving, evaluating, and responding to customer RFPs, ensuring timely and efficient engagement with Global Technology resources.
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, architecture, technology support, and product management, to meet RFP requirements and deadlines.
- Prioritizing and managing multiple initiatives simultaneously, ensuring resources are effectively allocated and deadlines are met.
- Developing and implementing strategies for gathering and incorporating voice of customer insights into software development processes and ensuring alignment with customer expectations and business goals.
- Providing regular updates to stakeholders and monitoring progress of initiatives, identifying and mitigating risks.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in business or information technology related fields.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the areas of Information Technology or Product Management role, with a focus on project management and customer engagement.
- Proven leader with strong collaborative experience managing cross-organizational teams.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- Understanding of software development methodologies and lifecycles.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
