Job Overview
Moody's is a global integrated risk assessment firm that empowers organizations to make better decisions. We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Delivery Manager.

Key Responsibilities
Support and coordinate end-to-end finance process improvement projects, including process analysis, design, and execution. Advise and support project teams through project identification, planning, and execution. Coordinate large cross-functional projects across Moody's, independently lead small to medium-scale projects, and champion process-centric thinking and behavior. Facilitate the creation of standard processes, metrics, and process management tools to sustain, adapt, and continuously improve. Challenge teams to think differently and approach problems in new ways. Support the overall business enablement strategy implementation of the process excellence program, including supplying new insights. Provide coaching and mentoring, develop trainings and workshops on project management and process improvement, and support administration, maintenance, and improvements of Process Excellence SharePoint and PowerBi Process Excellence substantial metric Dashboard.

Requirements
A minimum of 3-5 years of project management/process improvement experience. Experience with 6 Sigma, Lean, Agile, Design Thinking. Strong process mapping and Visio skills. Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint. Power Bi skills are a plus. Green Belt Certification is a plus. Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to present to all levels of the organization. Proven ability to facilitate teams through solution of complex business problems using various techniques and approaches. Ability to form trusted partnerships across all levels of the organization and empower others to achieve results. Proven great teamwork capacity. Must have strong sense of accountability, organizational skills, and desire to innovate.
