Credentialing Analyst

This role is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Credentialing Analyst - Data Insights Specialist, where you'll play a key part in investigating potential subscribers and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for:

• Investigating potential subscribers to eliminate fraudulent use and ensure compliance with regulations such as the Fair Credit Reporting Act and Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act
• Obtaining supporting documentation to verify due diligence, compliance, and legal use
• Educating external clients on permissible purposes, appropriate use, and rules regarding credit reports and reporting credit information
• Updating Salesforce and Mainframe accounts while accessing relevant business reports for review

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Bachelor's Degree (High-school Diploma)
• Excel Intermediate Level
• English fluency with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• At least 1 year of fraud and or investigations experience
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
• Solid sense of urgency and ability to work under tight timelines
