Job DescriptionThe Team Engagement Specialist will play a crucial role in the People Experience team, working closely with employees, leaders, and clients to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
- Conduct regular follow-up meetings with employees to identify areas for improvement and propose initiatives to address them.
- Work on employee motivation and satisfaction by providing guidance and support.
- Conduct 1-on-1 meetings with leaders to gain a deeper understanding of their projects, structure, and scope.
- Provide advice and assistance regarding People's Experience policies and processes.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in generalist roles or with a soft focus.
- Experience in the technology industry.
- Experience as an HRBP, demonstrating closeness to team leaders.
- A degree in Psychology (preferably) or Human Resources.
- Advanced and fluent English.
