Job Description

We are seeking a hardworking individual to be the front line with our customers, ensuring they receive a high-quality, consistent experience with each interaction.

  • Assess customer needs and connect them to the correct internal resources
  • Work alongside other teams and management to drive improvements to our customer experience
  • First level of escalation for customer complaints
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 2 years of customer service and people-oriented experience
  • Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
  • Advanced expertise using a computer
  • Able to prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Remote and self-directed work
