The successful candidate will be responsible for validating information submitted in our systems, completing placements in HCM (Workday) on time, and ensuring seamless integration with other platforms. They will also partner closely with recruiting coordinators and background screening teams to deliver high-quality results.
Key qualifications include:
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Advanced English level; Portuguese proficiency a plus
- 2+ years' experience in recruiting or staffing; 2+ years' experience with HRIS or ATS
- Strong customer focus, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and attention to detail
