About this role:

We seek an accomplished SAP Controlling expert with 3-5+ full life cycle implementation experience to lead our delivery team on both small and large projects. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to troubleshoot and recommend alternatives to resolve conflicts between business requirements and standard system functionality.

  1. Define and manage the deliverables of the functional team to meet engagement objectives and budget.
  2. Be a hands-on application expert and prepare/review project deliverables (e.g., benefits realization strategy, to-be functional requirements, enterprise structure, business process master list (BPML), business process design document, to-be functional design, baseline configurations (IMG), process maps, control matrices, testing scenarios, user acceptance tests, business process procedures) to ensure they meet project objectives.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with key executives, business personnel, SMEs, and a network of professional organizations or affiliations.
  4. Utilize and apply best practices on projects based on experience and in consultation with experts; appropriately tailored for the client and their culture.
  5. Estimate total effort for the application team within the area of expertise.
  6. Be able to write proposals and contribute to pursuit efforts. Be able to present yourself during the pursuit of new business e.g., during Orals.
  7. Lead design workshops with the client.
  8. Contribute to the knowledge base of the SAP Practice.

Education and Experience Required:

  1. 3-5+ years of SAP experience as an SAP implementation consultant in the SAP CO module.
  2. 2+ years of SAP S/4HANA experience.
  3. Must have experience with SAP S/4HANA System Conversion.
  4. At least five end-to-end SAP projects implementation experience.
  5. Must know processes and configurations in Finance, Tax, Costing, COPA, Fixed Assets, and Controlling.
  6. Experience of Project Systems to Asset Management will be good.
  7. Business and IT experience with experience in implementing and operating SAP applications.
  8. Thorough understanding of multiple SAP modules and the ability to research & apply business best practices.
  9. Experience designing and improving business processes and controls with deep business process re-engineering experience.
  10. Demonstrated ability to communicate project goals and objectives, project status, and deliverables with senior executives.
  11. Experience and knowledge of ACTIVATE Methodology.
  12. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Self-motivating and able to plan your own work.
