The successful candidate will be responsible for completing assigned tasks within SLA targets and ensuring that all requests are handled through established processes.

Main Accountabilities:
  • Gaining knowledge about design, coordination of work related to artwork creation and changes, procedures, responsibilities, policies, and systems.
  • Executing and coordinating tasks related to design and implementation of artworks pre-printed by external suppliers.
  • Validating received data and ensuring that all requests are handled through established processes.
  • Collaborating with internal clients from other 3M entities worldwide to deliver compliant artwork on time in full.
  • Ensuring that all tasks are completed within SLA targets and that all requests are handled through established processes.
  • Working with system admin for any system needs or enhancements and identifying opportunities to improve data quality, process efficiency, or reduce cycle time.
  • Escalating issues as needed and adhering to global brand guidelines.
  • Cooperating with external agencies and technical support in creating artworks and suppliers who finally manufacture the packaging.
  • Preparing accurate estimates of costs, milestones, timelines, and resources prior to initiating projects.
  • Monitoring PO & invoices for accuracy and monitoring activities of the agency to meet expectations.
  • Developing working knowledge of brand and 3M guidelines and ensuring accurate implementation in each design.
  • Being responsible for customer satisfaction and performing other tasks assigned by the Supervisor.
  • Adhering to ISO and QMS standards in daily work.
