Citi Financial Solutions Design and Implementation Expert

Citi is a leading financial institution that provides innovative solutions to its clients. Our team in the Treasury organization works closely with stakeholders to design and implement cutting-edge processes and infrastructure that support our day-to-day Liquidity Risk Management and reporting functions.
As a key member of our team, you will play a strategic role in driving our transformation objectives. You will collaborate with stakeholders to identify priorities, coordinate efforts, and track progress, while defining and implementing best practices.
About this Role
- You will support the delivery of cross-platform automation solutions within the Global Liquidity Reporting System (GLRS), focusing on cross-product related reporting solutions.
- You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure that each program and project consistently complies with Citi's project management standards, controls, internal and external audit requirements, as well as industry best practices.
- You will write business requirements, test plans, and support testing of data and changes.
- You will conduct data analysis and support root cause identification for data issues.
- You will develop, document, and supervise the operation of the product project management framework, practices, stakeholder roles and responsibilities, and executive-level senior status updates.
- You will communicate and collaborate regularly with internal business partners, end-users in Treasury, Finance, and Risk to understand pain points in existing reporting operations and develop solutions that deliver measurable benefits.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with Citi project management standards and industry best practices.
- Write business requirements and test plans.

- Communicate with stakeholders and end-users.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 3-6 years of relevant experience in the financial services industry.
- Strong communication and diplomacy skills to guide and influence others.
- Able to manage competing priorities in a complex and dynamic environment.
- Self-motivated with ability to make decisions in the absence of detailed instruction.
- High energy, self-starter with a flexible and pragmatic attitude.
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to identify key issues, gather data, and develop actionable recommendations.
