Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective processes to improve team efficiency and productivity
- Lead daily huddles and provide regular updates to SSC management of KPIs, analysis, and trends
- Collaborate with other supervisors to ensure strong working relationships and well-defined handoffs between teams
- Work with internal and external audit teams to review and enforce policies
- Perform other related work as assigned by management
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 6-8 years of relevant working experience in a finance function in a matrixed international company
- 2-3 years of experience leading teams
- University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or other related areas
- Fluent spoken and written English; Portuguese language is a plus
- Intermediate to advanced skills on the MS Office Suite
- Oracle and SAP systems knowledge is a big plus
