**Job Description:** Cash Application Expert

We're seeking a highly skilled Cash Application Expert to join our team, responsible for resolving payment discrepancies, clearing offsets, and maintaining accurate A/R transactions.

In this role, you will:

  • Review and process incoming payments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Maintain accurate documentation to support A/R transactions and facilitate efficient review and audit of books and records.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet or exceed KPIs and SLAs.

**Responsibilities**

You will be responsible for:

  • Resolving payment discrepancies and clearing offsets.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation to support A/R transactions.
  • Ensuring compliance with internal controls policies and procedures.

**Requirements**

To succeed in this position, you should have:

  • A degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
  • Fluent spoken and written English communication skills.
