Key Accountabilities:
- Generate insightful reports, making complex data accessible and actionable
- Develop and refine our financial analysis software to streamline workflows and ensure precision
- Master company finances, including identifying key drivers and forecasting outcomes
- Recognize trends and recommend timely actions for informed business decisions
- Deliver accurate and timely support for daily reporting and analytics
- Partner with accounting to achieve high-quality financial outcomes and contribute to year-end audit success
- Drive ongoing improvements, fortifying the company's overall resilience
Essential Skills:
- At least 5 years of experience in financial analysis or business systems
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Data Science (with a focus on finance)
- Working knowledge of ERP systems, especially Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Client-focused mindset
- Capacity to handle multiple projects concurrently
- High level of attention to detail
- Resilience in the face of challenges
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
PREFERRED SKILLS:
- Experience with administration tools like FP&A (Hyperion, OneStream, Vena)
- Extensive familiarity with BI reporting tools
