We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our cross-functional teams in planning, coordinating, monitoring, and executing new medical device projects. The successful candidate will ensure timely completion of product development and sustaining projects within budget and scope.
About the Role
The Project Manager will be responsible for:
- Driving organizational improvement or sustaining projects from scoping through execution.
- Developing and managing detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and critical path tasks to align with all key stakeholders.
- Creating a risk management plan and proactively identifying, analyzing, and understanding project risks; developing and monitoring a risk response plan.
- Defining, monitoring, and maintaining costs within a project budget.
- Reporting out on project status, budget, and risks and recommending project decisions to upper-level management.
- Regularly reporting the project status to all internal and external stakeholders outlining progress, achievements, and risks.

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- Bachelor's Degree required; in engineering or technical discipline preferred.
- 3+ years of relevant work experience.
- Experience working in new product development.
Preferred Qualifications
The following qualifications are desired but not mandatory:
- Experience with FDA 510(k) process or other regulatory submissions.
- PMP Certification.
Salary and Benefits
The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. Riverpoint Medical offers a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plan, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
