**Our Mission**

The OTC Cash Application Analyst plays a vital role in supporting the company's mission to leverage resources globally through shared services. This position reports directly to the OTC Cash Application Supervisor and is responsible for delivering best-in-class OTC processes in accordance with negotiated Service Level Agreements.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Process daily cash receipts, unapplied cash, and prepaid cash accounts.
  • Utilize critical thinking to research reasons for discrepancies and/or inability to post payment.
  • Apply payments in exception, process account adjustments, and customer payment discrepancies.
  • Ensure proper reconciliation of the Cash Accounts during and at the end of the month.
  • Prepare requests to refund customers as appropriate.
  • Provide audit information as requested.

**Requirements**
