Requirements

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology and/or Information Systems or a related field.
  • Functional knowledge of Microsoft Office and Office 365 suite, including SharePoint, OneNote, and Visio.
  • Proficiency in English (written and oral) with at least 90% proficiency.
  • Excellent listening and communication skills, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fast learning and well-developed analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Candidates with experience working in technical support environments and call centers will be highly regarded.
