**Job Summary:**

The Senior RPA Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and deploying automation solutions that meet our configuration standards, architecture framework, and project timelines. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, mentoring junior professionals, and staying up-to-date with industry trends.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop automation solutions using market-leading platforms (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism)
  • Work closely with QA specialists to ensure high-quality deliverables
  • Mentor junior/mid-professionals to enhance their skills and expertise
  • Partner with the Infrastructure Team to set up automation environments
  • Collaborate with the Support Team to perform troubleshooting, fixes, and maintenance of solutions

**Requirements:**

  • University degree in Computer Science or equivalent IT experience
  • 5+ years of experience in software development, preferably in robotics process automation
  • 3+ years of experience working with databases (mainly MSSQL and/or Oracle)
  • Proficient in English oral and written communication (B2+/C1 level)

  • Experience with Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (supervised/unsupervised models)
  • Familiarity with GCP (Google Cloud) or other cloud platforms
  • UiPath Certified Developer certification
  • Familiarity with Python or .Net programming languages
