About the Opportunity:

Amazon Support Services Costa Rica Srl is seeking a Client Relationship Strategist to join our Global Scaled Services Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, understanding their requirements, and executing growth and development plans for internal products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business plans that improve the end customer experience in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Negotiate and make trade-offs between short-term stakeholder needs and longer-term investment.
  • Adapt to new ways of working and navigate ambiguity.
  • Meet multiple requests and deliver results on time while maintaining high-quality, cohesive deliverables.
  • Excellent project management, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, using data and metrics to drive decision-making.
  • Build trust with stakeholders and become a business advocate.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in digital advertising, entertainment, and client-facing roles with a focus on data analysis.
  • Demonstrated success in exceeding business, territory, and/or account goals using a solutions-focused approach.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish.
  • English, written and spoken (B2 minimum).
  • Experience managing, analyzing, and communicating results to leadership.
