**About the Role**
Bma Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Systems Strategist to oversee the design, development, and deployment of Leadership Development Programs. This role will ensure the effective administration and coordination of talent management systems, including Workday performance module and LMS/eLearning content.
The incumbent will collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement organizational development initiatives, recommend change management solutions, and track training programs using the company's learning management system (LMS) and talent performance modules. Additionally, this role will work closely with external suppliers to administer the LMS and eLearning content.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Design, develop, and deploy learning and development programs, including facilitation and Train-the-Trainer
- Provide program management and oversight for Leadership Development Programs and other key programs locally
- Conduct organizational development initiatives; recommend change management solutions and performance assessment tools
**Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant work experience
- Required Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree
- Able to execute instructions and request clarification when needed
- Able to perform basic mathematical calculations
- Able to communicate clearly and convey necessary information
- Possesses strong leadership skills with a willingness to lead, create new ideas, and be assertive
