**About the Job:**
We're seeking a Marketing Process Orchestrator to lead our E2E marketing operations team. As a key member of our global marketing operations community, you will be responsible for developing and implementing operational frameworks for end-to-end workflow management.
**Responsibilities:**
- Designing and implementing necessary ecosystems of meetings and routines (fusion points, reports, decision meetings, download sessions)
- Initiative's orchestration and management through the E2E process
- Establishing proper backlogs in project management tools according to prioritization results
- Generating insights about E2E Process (improvements, stop, start, learnings)
- Kanban E2E Flow with key stakeholders to ensure initiatives workload visibility
**Requirements:**
- 10-12 years of experience working with cross-functional and cross-geographical teams
- Awareness of Agile / Scrum
- Change agents that are ambitious and have a balance of creativity and business understanding
**Nice to Have:**
