About the Position

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sourcing and Procurement Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of purchasing activities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing purchase orders, providing high-quality order management support to business stakeholders, and delivering timely and accurate reporting on open orders, shipments, backlog, and accruals.

To excel in this position, you will require strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. Additionally, you should have experience working with SAP ERP MM/FI and possess intermediate to advanced Excel skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review purchase orders and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Provide high-quality order management support to business stakeholders
  • Deliver timely and accurate reporting on open orders, shipments, backlog, and accruals
  • Troubleshoot invoices with purchase issues to ensure proper registration and resolution
  • Meet KPIs, SLAs, and internal metrics
  • Interact with both internal and external customers

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 1-3 years of experience working in similar roles (STP, P2P, or similar)
  • Procurement or buying experience is required
  • SAP ERP MM/FI experience
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
  • Customer service experience
  • Innovative and team player
