About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Risk Management Lead to join our team at Amzn Support Srvcs Costa Rica. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the vision, direction, and culture of your team by managing individual and team performance expectations and goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Set team performance expectations and goals, providing individual coaching feedback sessions and weekly one-on-ones
- Manage a team of Investigation specialists who investigate transactions on Amazon platforms and take appropriate actions based on processes, tools, and high-judgment decisions
- Provide leadership and administrative support to your team and manage them to achieve and constantly improve service levels based on forecast and capacity
- In charge of minimizing the impact of bad debt by achieving targets, achieving process improvement, ensuring road mapped project execution, and focusing on the people development of your team
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher is strongly preferred; equivalent and relevant work experience considered
- MBA in relevant field of Operations
- Exposure to quality tools like Six Sigma, Lean operations etc.
- Strong Risk Operations knowledge
- Should have managed a team of 15-20 Direct reports
- Ability to function in an ambiguous, fast-paced work environment
- Strong interpersonal, verbal (speaking, listening, interpretation) and written communication skills desired
