Your Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze data requests from management to identify operational problems and define data analysis requirements
  • Develop new strategies and improve business performance using data analysis and optimization methods
  • Conduct exploratory meetings with teams and clients to generate ideas and gather requirements
  • Communicate and present data to management through reports and visualizations
  • Serve as a mentor and problem-solver for junior data analysts
  • Monitor workflow and ensure completion dates are met
  • Review completed data requests for quality and design quality checks
  • Build and manage dashboards, visualizations, and reports
  • Develop customized statistical analytics to facilitate planning initiatives
  • Participate in building the long-term vision on data infrastructure and platform

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in data or statistics with a passion for technology
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • A degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Maths, Statistics, Data Science, or a related discipline
  • External client contact experience highly regarded
