As a Global Supply Chain Leader at Hologic, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's demand planning and operations excellence. This leadership position requires a seasoned professional with expertise in Demand Planning and/or Sales & Operations Planning. Your responsibilities will include coordinating product forecasts, enriching forecasts using data, analyzing key customer ordering patterns, and developing monthly KPI packages to drive improvements in demand management.
If you are a strategic thinker with exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, a strong understanding of operations/manufacturing systems, and experience in implementing new business processes, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate development of product forecasts by region over short/medium/long term planning horizon
- Enrich forecasts using data mined in conjunction with Sales Ops., Distributors, and CRM tools
- Analyze key customer ordering patterns, product sales trends, and the impact of Product/Marketing plans on regions to improve predictability of forecasts
- Develop monthly KPI package and drive improvements related to demand management
