About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Voice Associate. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to customers and consumers who use TransUnion services.

This is a remote position that offers the opportunity to work independently and be part of a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities include:

  • Responding to inbound phone calls and chats relating to TransUnion products and services
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals
What We're Looking For:
  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable institution
  • 1 year of customer service experience in a contact center environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish
  • Ability to work remotely and independently
  • Strong initiative and ability to make decisions
  • Attention to detail and time management skills
