**Job Description**
We are looking for a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our KYC team as an Associate, Anti Money Laundering Compliance. This role will involve providing technical support for customers, agents, and services associates in Western Union.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide technical support for customers, agents, and services associates.
- Participate in outbound calls to customers.
- Analyze and resolve complex issues related to AML compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
**Requirements**
- High School degree required.
- Previous customer service and/or compliance experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in English language, French is mandatory.
- Ability to commit to 4-6 weeks of training.
