The Intermediate Accounts Payable Analyst plays a critical role in our financial operations team, responsible for processing invoices/payments/T&E audits. This individual will analyze vendors' statements and provide invoice/payment status to internal/external clients, troubleshoot invoice/payment/T&E processing issues, and support internal and external audits, among other tasks.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Process invoices/payments and/or execute T&E audits.
  • Troubleshoot invoice/payment/T&E processing issues.
  • Review vendor statements and resolve inconsistencies found in the invoice processing queue.
  • Provide invoice/payment status to internal/external clients.

**Requirements**

  • English language proficiency level B2 or higher.
  • Intermediate or advanced Excel knowledge.
  • Two or more years of experience in AP/T&E positions within a Shared Services environment, providing support to multiple countries or regions.

**What Sets You Apart**

  • Oracle Financials knowledge is an asset.
  • Cannon Invoice Automation System experience.
  • Last year university career student or Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting/Business Administration.
