**Job Summary**
We are looking for a highly motivated Booking Agent to become an integral part of our Recluta Talent Hunter team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for recommending tours and activities, managing sales, and coordinating services to deliver exceptional client experiences.
**Key Accountabilities:**
- Develop and implement effective strategies to recommend tours and activities that meet client needs.
- Ensure timely and efficient follow-up with clients to guarantee satisfaction.
- Drive sales growth across Hotel, Tours, and Spa segments by leveraging your expertise and building strong relationships with clients.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to coordinate services before client arrivals.
- Prepare and analyze reports on reconciliations and sales projections to inform business decisions.
**Requirements:**
- Proven track record of success in similar roles, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
