You will serve as a conduit between user needs, technical capabilities, and engineering requirements. This involves developing roadmaps and requirements for the Agile backlog of a development team. You will lead the refinement of features and user stories, ensuring delivery teams are prepared to meet sprint deadlines.
- As a key stakeholder in product ownership, you will be responsible for grooming the product backlog and have insight into technical requirements of individual stories. This will enable the creation of a more efficient user experience.
- In your day-to-day interactions with various teams, you will help make decisions on what is in scope and provide input into functional decisions. Your focus will be on product-level impediments and process changes to facilitate faster and higher quality software delivery.
- To ensure the best solution for our clients, you will make tough decisions on trade-offs between features, quality, and dates. Additionally, you will keep Product leadership informed of key issues and changes, providing them with the right information and recommendations to resolve these matters.
- Collaboration with Product Managers is essential to ensure that features in a release represent what is needed and align with their expectations regarding return on investment.
- You will drive value as a function of cost, time, functionality, and quality. This includes working with Architects and Tech Leads to identify non-functional requirements like infrastructure needs and coordinating with Quality Assurance team members to identify test cases for automated testing.
