In this position, you will have the opportunity to engage with various stakeholders, including employees, vendors, and senior benefits team members. You will be responsible for administering employee benefit programs, such as Health & Welfare, Defined Benefit, and Defined Contribution plans. This involves resolving employee benefit issues, reviewing company policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance, and maintaining accurate vendor databases.

Key skills and competencies required for this role include:

  • Ability to work with multiple deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Detailed oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and process management skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other benefits systems used by the organization.

You will also have the opportunity to work closely with the senior benefits team on various projects, including implementation and redesign of plans, development of employee communication materials, and annual benefit enrollment. Additionally, you will conduct new hire employee orientations and possess excellent knowledge of HR concepts, such as leave administration practices and procedures.

This role requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent in business administration, human resources, or a related field. A minimum of 2-5 years of experience working in employee benefits or benefits consulting is also required.
