We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Strategy Executive to join our team in Costa Rica.

**About the Role**

As a Digital Marketing Strategy Executive, you will play a key role in supporting the management of our brands and coordinating the implementation and analysis of Insights projects. Your primary objective will be to provide meaningful recommendations to support our Marketing decision-making process.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Support the execution of brand plans, ensuring alignment with IMS and external regulations to achieve brand objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze trade insights, consumer insights, and competitor information to inform the brand deployment plan.
  • Report on activities, recommendations, deployment plans, evaluations, and status during cycle plan meetings.
  • Implement Point of Purchase strategies according to OC+ and channel type agreements with the TM&D team to ensure efficient and effective delivery of brand communication.
  • Participate in budget simulations and volume-SOM projections for competition to understand the impact of MKT Insights investments on the business.
  • Coordinate and provide necessary materials for Marketing Insights Projects in the market to guarantee timely and accurate implementation.
  • Provide timely and objective feedback to the Area Marketing Insights Team on all projects implemented in the end market, including agency assessments to ensure opportune corrections.

**Ideal Candidate**

  • International brand development experience is highly valued.
  • You must be proactive and passionate about marketing.
  • A fluent English level is essential.

**Requirements**

  • University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Industrial Engineering.
  • +2 years' experience working with FMCGs.
  • Commercial knowledge and project management skills are essential.
  • Analytical and communication skills, as well as statistical techniques understanding, are required.
  • Effective communication, presentation, and facilitation skills are necessary.
  • Impact and influence skills are crucial.
  • High-level knowledge of Microsoft Office (i.e., PowerPoint and Excel) is expected.
  • Bilingual (B2 English level required).
