About Auxis

Auxis is a dynamic company seeking a skilled HR Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will provide exceptional customer service support to our employees, ensuring their HR inquiries and needs are met efficiently and effectively.

Key Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience in Customer Service and HR.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to adjust schedule based on account needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer service support to Auxis employees.
  • Work closely with the HR Team Lead to resolve HR inquiries.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and process documentation.
  • Meet account KPIs with an average of 95% or above.

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • English-Spanish-Portuguese Language proficiency (oral and written, 90% or higher) (C1 level in English).
  • A High School Diploma.
  • Advanced technical studies in Business Administration, Human Resources, Social Sciences, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in Excel.
  • Knowledge of SAP, Cherwell, and/or Success Factor (a plus).
  • Strong experience in Customer Service.
  • At least 1 year of experience in Back Office and/or HR.
  • A genuine interest in working with and helping customers.
  • Competent communication skills, including Lotus Notes, Skype, Cisco.
  • High critical thinking skills to identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions.
  • Excellent interpersonal relationships and a positive attitude when working effectively with team members and collaborating with other teams.
  • Ability to deal with highly personal and confidential information.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, appropriate to the audience.
  • Excellent customer service and ability to be a business partner with customers.
  • Self-management of time in support of business needs.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Adherence to all organizational policies and procedures.
  • Willingness to embrace challenge and complexity in a fast-paced environment.
  • Active and strategic learning to understand implications of new information.
