We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Coordinator to join our team in Liberia, Costa Rica. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to work with a leading company like Coca-Cola.
About the Role
This is a key position responsible for ensuring the efficient movement of inventory within our warehouse, complying with company regulations and local laws. The successful candidate will oversee the entire warehouse team, including administrative employees, and be part of their development and performance management.
The primary focus of this role is to coordinate warehouse activities, manage inventory capacity, and ensure security and surveillance within the warehouse. Additionally, you will be responsible for connecting the warehouse team with the rest of the organization, responding to audit requests, identifying priorities and risks, and controlling compliance with short- and long-term objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate warehouse activities to meet business needs.
- Manage warehouse capacity to optimize efficiency.
- Ensure security and surveillance within the warehouse.
- Connect the warehouse team with the rest of the organization.
- Respond to audit requests and identify priorities and risks.
- Control and ensure compliance with short- and long-term objectives.
Requirements & Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
- Desirable experience of 2-3 years as a leader or coordinator in a warehouse environment.
- Knowledge of SAP and inventory control systems.
- Fluency in written and oral English and Spanish.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with decision-making abilities.
